Most stains can be removed with the right cleaning. If a mark is permanent discolouration, dye loss or wear, we can still clean the fabric and try to make it less noticeable. Tell us what caused it and any products you've tried so we can choose a suitable treatment. We can't promise every mark will disappear, but we'll explain what we can do before starting.
We choose products and methods to suit the fabric and follow the product instructions. Keep children and pets away while we clean and until the area is dry. Let us know about any sensitivities before the visit so we can discuss the plan with you.
Most homes benefit every 12 to 18 months. With pets, kids, allergies or heavy use, every 6 to 12 months is often better.
Most sofas take one to two hours to clean and usually dry within six to eight hours, depending on the fabric, airflow and soil level.
