Do you guarantee that every stain will be removed?

Many everyday stains lift well, but heat-set stains, dye transfer, fading or deep contamination may be permanent. We inspect first and explain what is realistic before we start.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?

We select fabric-appropriate products and follow product directions for the material being cleaned. We also explain drying and after-care before normal use.

How often should I have my upholstery cleaned?

Most homes benefit every 12 to 18 months. With pets, kids, allergies or heavy use, every 6 to 12 months is often better.

How long does it take for upholstery to dry?

Most sofas take one to two hours to clean and usually dry within two to four hours, depending on the fabric, airflow and soil level.

Yes. We clean suitable leather sofas and other leather upholstery using a leather-specific process that includes cleaning, a moisturizing conditioning treatment and a protective solution. Photos help us confirm the leather and condition before booking.

Do I pay before or after the cleaning service?

Payment is collected after the service is complete. We confirm pricing before starting, with no surprise fees.

How should I prepare my furniture before your visit?

Please remove throws, small cushions and fragile items nearby. There is no need to pre-treat stains; point out any concerns when we arrive.
